It's a way for a new generation of moms to think about career shifts and family life as one part of a long and thriving journey. I adore her, and I think

this was a great conversation. If you are in that space of trying to figure out your purpose when, you know, you've got kids or

you're about to have kids or you've had kids for a long time. And motherhood is so enormous.

Taking time to experience it is so important. It's also important to decide what you want for you.

Instead of these wars of stay-at-home mom versus working moms, we're all in this together.

and the choices that we make in this world of career shifts
