1:17.5 | showed that the total amount of saturated fat that you consume has no significant influence on your risk of heart disease. |
1:25.5 | And what's more, three quarters of the people who end up in the hospital due to heart attacks have normal cholesterol levels. |
1:32.5 | In fact, new research even suggests that saturated fat may play a role in reducing your risk of heart disease. |

1:47.5 | For me, the frustrating thing is that researchers and policymakers insist on looking at nutrients in isolation |
