That's a great question. But Lacey Newman, who is, yes, a top 1%

luxury listing agent and leader at the Elevated Living Advisory at Compass and host of the Emmy

nominated and Tele award winning TV show The American Dream, also a coach, also 20 years in the

industry and all kinds of things we'll talk about,

is here because we align on two different things that I think are important to talk about right now,

which is one.

We have both grown our small women-owned businesses through hustle culture

and now are really leaning into fulfillment and making

sure that people are emotionally fulfilled and have a balanced life before we put that boss

mentality in front of things. And I think that that can be a difficult balance, and I'm excited

to talk about that. But also, because Lacey is not part of a direct sales company or a multi-level

marketing company, but is a real estate agent. And a lot of people don't understand and have misconceptions about
