We finally have an answer to one of the most puzzling parts of Dizzy's apology to Cassie on his Instagram.

So if you miss this on Sunday he posted this long video explaining I guess his behavior

as to why he got so violent with his ex-girlfriend Cassie about 10 years ago back in 2016.

And we noticed that in the video, he never really directly apologizes to Cassie.

He never says her name, he never directly gives an

apology to her. And apparently this is all due to an NDA that was a part of

their settlement back in November.

So T.M. Z. is reporting on this,

and they're saying that sources are saying

that after they reached the settlement

when she filed her sexual assault lawsuit back in November,

there's a very strict NDADA which prevents both of them from

speaking about each other in public and so did these attorneys had to look over

his apology video and make sure that it didn't interfere with any of their settlement

from last fall. That makes sense and also if he does then that's that's admitting

guilt. Well I mean there it is. I mean, the video kind of means.

The video 100 speaks for itself.

However, I'm sure his attorneys as well are like, no, if you apologize to somebody and your lawyers will say this all the time, like you are admitting guilt.
