In the introduction, Rachel, I guess, writes, we'll see how we divide things up in the co-authoring process. But Rachel writes, quote, more and more, millennials are experiencing vertigo as we look over the ledge.

What is it about middle age, Rachel, that is disturbing, distressing, ominous for your age group?

Yeah, I think, I mean, the vertigo that I describe there isn't just about

aging, but about deciding whether or not to have children and trying to imagine what the shape

of your life would be and where children do and do not fit in. And for a lot of young people today, it is very difficult to see what role family ought to play in a life.

It's obvious to us what role education should play or even love, but less so having kids and the kinds of sacrifices

and demands that they exact on a life.

This is a question, what you just said, really a question for either one of you, and that is

sort of the traditional life plot, right?

The narrative that was just out there structuring pretty much, you know, in one way or another, with some variations.
