0:18.0	And the one I came up today was Case Shiller National Home Price Index.
0:21.2	It's been updated through the end of December.
0:23.1	So it does not include my neighbor selling us house.
0:24.8	All right, go on.
0:25.6	That might change things.
0:26.8	So it is showing off the highs.
0:29.5	The data goes back like 35 years or so.
0:32.2	And we're now 2.7% off the highs for housing prices.
0:36.4	Which is actually the second largest, yes, through December.
0:40.8	It's not that much.
0:41.6	So this is national housing prices from the top.
0:43.5	I guess if you wanted to include inflation, I'd be a little lower.
0:45.9	The funny thing is you can also look at national year over year.
0:49.6	So you can look at both ways.
0:50.8	Just the drawdown you can look at the gains.
0:52.9	We're still on a year over year basis.
0:55.1	Home prices were up 5.8% last year.
