This week we're going to be diving into the topic of satisfaction.

Our artists ever satisfied or like Mick Jagger are we permanently dissatisfied and searching?

But first, before we get into something so deep and meaningful,

let's just chat about what we've been doing this week.

So Alice, what have you been up to?

It's been a really nice week actually this week. It's been a bit

gentler, I've been a little bit better, I've just made sure that I've made space for everything that I need to do in an easier way and that has included

getting to bed at a reasonable time. I did some meal planning and my daughter is hugely impressed we watch some

Jamie Oliver staff we actually got some yeah she decided I managed to persuade her

away from being fully vegan because I thought oh gosh I'm not sure if I can cope with that every

single day but she said less you know less meat yes that's fine more vegetarian and

we've had some really really lovely meals as result. So that's been great, really enjoyed that. And then I have been filming for somebody else and working on some small paintings, filming it as I go, having to get a setup sorted out to cameras,

I would never have done this if it were just for me.

It was only because I promised to do it for somebody else, but it's been quite fun. I haven't done the
