Good evening. Operation Polar Dagger is a new mission that

Northern United States, Northern Command, the combatant commandants in charge of North America,

just staged using special operations forces. You've got some air force special operations.

You've got some Navy SEALs. I think some Army too. What it strikes to do is to

demonstrate that special operations forces can work together to achieve something

like advanced domain awareness on these two very remote islands that are very close to Russia.

One of them is St. Lawrence Island, which is really just 50 miles away from continental Russia.
