In this episode of the Bear Performance Podcast,

I'm not going to let the amount of money that I make

or how much I get done today.

Predict if my day was good or not.

I'm going to decide that.

So if I can be a man of integrity, honor, and accountability,

so everything that I do today, I make decisions

and I speak words the way a man of integrity and honor

in accountability would do.

And that really kind of really simplified things

to where I had parameters to operate inside of.

Because I had made money, I had achieved things.

But because I was really insecure and undefined

in who I was, I really didn't know what was successful

and what wasn't.

And so five years ago, I trained myself in that.

And I wrote on my mirror, I'm a man of integrity,

honor, and accountability.

And I would read that every single morning,

and there's also a poem, and I'll share with you

at the end of this. It's called, choose your heart.

And I printed this poem out, and I taped it.
