Hey, this is Meredith. We're going to take a couple of weeks off this summer, so this week we're sharing

an incredible story from the archives. I had never met Ben Fuller on the day when he walked into

the studio and we sat down to record his story, and I have never forgotten it. Since then, I have

become a Ben Fuller fan. He is a singer and songwriter who found Jesus later in life.

If you've walked the road of looking for love in all the wrong places, you will relate to Ben's

amazing story. I spent most of my youth trying to get my father's approval and I didn't know

how to earn it. You know, I was captain the football team.

I was popular.

However, you know, what they couldn't see on the inside was I was just completely empty.

It was a huge hole and I didn't know how to fill it.

God's story has been unfolding.

Since the beginning of time.

He invites you to be a part of it.

Another page in the unfolding. Hey, this is Meredith Foster. Ben Fuller is a singer and songwriter that maybe you've heard on the radio. He's just beginning his career in Christian music. But his story began growing up on a dairy farm in Vermont. He was a well-liked kid, and on the outside seemed like

he had it all together. But on the inside was an emptiness that left Ben searching, trying to find

something to fill the hole. And he tried lots of things, relationships, alcohol, eventually cocaine,

even quote-unquote making it in the country music industry.

And just so you know, part of his story is a brush with suicide.

With each new thing, he was left asking himself, is this it?

Is this what life is all about?

I was born in a small town called Claremont, New Hampshire, Valley Regional Hospital,
