Hey guys, it's Rachel and this is a quick word on confidence.

Okay, there are all sorts of things that you can do that will absolutely elevate your

confidence today that will make you feel better, that will make you feel more sure of yourself

in a certain situation and that will inspire you to try things to step outside your comfort

zone to do stuff that you normally wouldn't do.

In fact, having confidence in a given situation is going to lead to better results.

If you're confident in the work that you're doing, you're going to more effectively be

able to speak to a potential client.

If you're confident in the work that you're doing, you're going to be a better leader or

a better parent because if you're second guessing yourself, I promise you that other people

around you, whether it's your team, your customer base or even your kids, if you're second

guessing yourself, they're going to feel it.

Even if they feel it on an unconscious level.

So I wanted to share two things that might surprise you but have been proven to help you

feel more confident in a given situation.

The first seems so stupid and maybe even vapid and maybe you're going to roll your eyes,

but this is real.
