And I'm Jake Sherman. It's going to be a quiet week in Washington, save the ongoing wars inside President Donald Trump's West Wing.

Congress is out. Passover begins tonight. The big meeting of the week is a White House visit by NATO Secretary General Yen Stoltenberg Wednesday.

Trump has not been shy about NATO, saying the U.S. bears too much of the financial burden for the 28-nation military alliance.

We do not expect that message to change.

Our colleague, Shane Goldmacher, has great inside-the-room details on how the White House is trying to find a message as the 100-day marker approaches.

Shane reports that more than 30 Trump staffers gathered last week to discuss how to package

Trump's first 100 days, and that staffers were told one of the biggest challenges would be the

fact that there is no Trump doctrine.

The blunt talk was not welcomed by all, including some who believe that Trump was elected on an America first vision.

It's unlikely their message job is going to get any easier.

With Congress gone for two weeks, a Republican health care plan still on life support and visions of tax reform and infrastructure in the distant future, funding the

government and implementing numerous executive orders could be the bulk of what Trump's team has

to talk about. Our colleagues, Ken Vogel and Josh Dossy, have the skinny on Trump making

nice over the weekend with the Koch brothers as both dined at Mar-a-Lago. Vogel and Dossi report

that Trump stopped by the table the

Koch brothers were at. We hear that Trump and Melania were eating with Steve and Christine

Schwartzman Saturday night. The Coke brothers were dining with Chris Ruddy of Newsmax and media

general Ares Talbot Maxi and Miguel Forbes. In the juice we've got moveon.org ramping up its

activity in the Georgia special election.

The group is launching a six-figure TV and digital ad buy backing Democratic candidate John

Ossoff. The focus of the ads will be drawing a contrast between Ossoff and Republicans on
