So we get together with some people and we talk about real estate.

And today I have Mark Chackness here with me.

He's my business partner and

also just an amazing realtor in the area. And we're going to talk about some things about the

business, like where things are going. We got past the election and all that stuff. So we want to

get into that. So we're going to get into the meat of it right now, actually. Hey, Mark, how you doing? Good, Brad. Thanks for having me back here. No problem.

Thanks for coming back. It's so kind of you. Well, you know, the catchy tune is what really brings

me back. Is it the tune? It is the tune. I can't help, but the head just kind of bobs every time I

hear that. Well, that's actually cool. And we got to give Jeff Miller credit for that because he wrote that catchy tune. So that's very, very cool. So the reason we're here today, again, is to talk about where the market is. It's probably been about, what, four or five weeks since we've talked about it.

Yeah. I mean, I think he was almost a little over two months, maybe. Oh, wow. It's that long. Time flies. Yeah. So what we want to talk about today, we talked a little bit before we started the actual show. And I think what we wanted to get into is where things have gone before when we met, there was no election had happened yet. There, the COVID actually was better back then when we met last time than it is right now. So what are you what are you seeing as far as the market

mark as far as like is it slowing down? Is it is it the same? What do you see? You know,

things might be slowing down a little bit, but not much. Yeah. I've had a couple new listings

that I just put on the market and they flew off the shelf just like things were a couple months
