0:42.3	oh Andy, I can't get my products accepted underneath this category or that category or I've got
0:47.8	accepted in the UK but I can't get it in Europe. Now this is really, really common. Now what
0:52.8	tends to happen is that the regulations for the
0:55.4	EU are the same across the whole of the EU. But each marketplace or each country has different
1:02.2	requirements. So, and the other thing is to say is that Amazon is also now getting some stricter
1:07.4	and stricter. You know, when we're talking about this six months ago or a year ago,
1:11.3	they were nowhere near as strict Amazon as they are now.
1:14.6	And almost they're too strict in some ways.
1:17.1	But it's better to be that than for them to be liable.
