For those of you who are not attending on Wednesday nights, we two weeks ago started what we're calling the Applied series.

And what that means is, is that in John chapter 14, verse 29, Jesus said, I've told you these things before they come to pass that when they do come to pass, you might believe that I am he.

And so we're looking at a real, true, disciplined, really almost Bible school or college class of what is

known as eschatology, understanding Bible prophecy.

And I thank God Almighty that I grew up in a church that the pastor and that entire genre

of believers in the 70s and 80s were faithful to study the entire Bible.

You can't study the entire Bible without getting into Bible prophecy. What does it mean? Why would God say things in advance and all these things? And so we've been laying down these foundational messages on these,

the two previous Wednesday nights. We will start in next Wednesday night into, into our first big

topic. So we'll be covering things like what happens when the unbeliever dies? What happens when the believer dies?

What does the Bible say from cover to cover regarding this person we call the Antichrist?

Tremendous details about him.

What do we know about Israel in the last days?

Why is the dynamic of the conversation regarding Israel today

important in light of Bible prophecy? Why is anti-Semitism rising? Bible prophecy answers that.

Things that are going on in the world. It's a beautiful way to live your life as a Christian

because you don't have to be

afraid of anything. God's prophetic word brings you great comfort. So Jesus says, I told you in advance

that when it happens, watch, I love it, that when it happens, he didn't say, I told you in advance

that when it happens, you might be able to, I don't know, feel better?

I don't know.

No, he said that you might believe that I am he.
