What are your thoughts on some of the devices that are out now today,

0:06.9

like the Avalis and things of that nature that use words basically,

0:12.4

where we're not necessarily hearing them physically say something on tape or things of that nature,

0:16.9

but they're using it to pick the words as responses.

0:21.9

Well, I've been around those some.

0:25.5

I will say first, I don't have a lot of experience with it.

0:30.1

The limited experience I did have, and it was only very limited, very, very limited.

0:44.4

Random. It was like a random word generator yeah um i i didn't find anything in context i didn't find anything remotely dealing with even the place that we're at

0:52.1

so the the other part and let me connect that dot for you,

0:56.4

when I go someplace, I do a full in depth profile of where I'm at. So I, you know, I start with

1:02.9

the address. I dig in the parcel number. I look at land deeds. I look at every single thing

1:08.9

that has happened on that piece of land and or building, including the owners.

1:12.6

And then once I start getting names, I dive into the person, their history.

1:17.6

I work with one of the archivists from state of Arizona.

1:22.6

So I dive into the people.

1:24.6

I also have a lot of paid search programs so I can look into where a person

1:30.2

lived. I can see criminal history. It's all publicly available, FYI. So nothing that's not publicly

1:37.7

available. But I do all that. I also look at the environmental, just of the area, like, what is it made out of, the rock formation? What is the typical weather patterns? Are there any thought lines nearby? So all the environmental information to create this profile. So if I'm hearing something like that random word generator, and it's just not in context to anything,

2:04.6

it's hard to give that credibility.

2:08.6

Mm-hmm.

2:09.6

Mm-hmm.
