Apple is still appealing late April's Fortnite ruling.

A little over a week ago, Apple Insider said the Cupertino Company had taken its case to the Ninth Circuit Court.

Apple asked the court to undo the unduly punitive mandate sent by Judge Abong Gonzalez-Rogers.

That was the mandate that said Apple had to loosen
