0:45.0	As I'm sure we're all aware, the apocalyptic craze and gaining a ton of momentum over the last several years brought popularity by TV shows like

1:00.0	Walking dead. Everybody's comparing for the apocalypse.
1:02.0	It should have happened three years ago, but... He did everybody preparing for the apocalypse.

1:05.4	Yeah, the Mayans were a little off, but.
1:08.2	It's, we're romanticizing it at this point.
1:11.0	People actually want the apocalypse to occur. Nonetheless, let's go ahead and

1:18.6	All right, so I'm going to jump this off with our first apocalyptic event, and I'm going to be talking all about gamma ray
1:24.5	burst. So gamma ray bursts, most people probably haven't heard of it but they are
1:29.4	pretty scary. So it is an example of an interstellar event that could cause in apocalypse on Earth.
1:35.0	So basically it's just an intense flash of gamma rays
1:39.0	lasting anywhere from a few milliseconds up to a few hours.
