Hello fellow survivors Kevin here from Epic Gardening. It's Apocalypse Grow day 13.

I apologize for the lack of updates. We went radio silent out here in the barren

wasteland known as the apocalypse.

Now there has been quite a few

updates on the challenge,

so I will do my best to broadcast out

to any survivors out there

who are looking for some intel on some of the better

ways to survive in these dire times.

Now, what has happened?

First of all, I have been bartering with fellow survivors and it's proved quite fruitful and I do mean that quite literally.

We've received via the mail.

Now it's interesting that the mail is still working in the apocalypse. This is puzzling.

I think there may be some postal worker survivors out there in this wasteland.

However, I have received from a few different people some goods I traded out potatoes and rarer

seeds for my barters and in exchange I received from one woman a care package I guess you could say of

firesider tonic no sino no sino being I believe an Italian lacquer made with

vodka black walnuts, etc.

All of these homemade.

Stinging nettles, dried and dehydrated stinging nettles

that I will be using for my morning teas. I also received some much needed spices. I got bay leaves

from the California laurel tree. I also received some dehydrated or dried fireside or powder, which I can use as a spice.
