1:08.1	It's our pleasure. So let's get this thing started. Why don't you tell us a little bit about your background and how you got into lending?
1:14.6	Actually, well, let me start a little further back.
1:18.6	I've actually been in the IT business for a long time, been in management sales and technical
1:23.6	sales for $100 billion company, and I've gotten gotten into multifamily syndicating deals and doing that.
1:31.7	And in building a relationship with actually my mortgage banker at the time,
1:37.3	you know, he found out what I was interested in.
