It's our pleasure. So let's get this thing started. Why don't you tell us a little bit about your background and how you got into lending?

Actually, well, let me start a little further back.

I've actually been in the IT business for a long time, been in management sales and technical

sales for $100 billion company, and I've gotten gotten into multifamily syndicating deals and doing that.

And in building a relationship with actually my mortgage banker at the time,

you know, he found out what I was interested in.

And we talked over time.
