Honestly I have just about the same experience when I consider love and think about, well, what is love?

Is love just semantics?

Is it a feeling?

Is it an action? What if the way I have long defined, viewed, and valued love is different from those

I'm in a loving relationship with?

And how has all of that been informed in me anyway? Is it made up? Is it just from the movies

and the books that I read growing up or even now does it all come back to how my parents

loved each other and you know it's enough to make anyone spiral into existential dread.

So to help us not spiral, I am so excited to be sharing an interview with Dr.

Sarah Nasserzade. Dr. Sara will share a new way to look at love, and as part of that, a new way to love and be loved.
