worst raguay to start something, let me tell you the two most common ways that I meditate.

The first is that I almost always take 10 deep breaths at night after I shut off my nightlight,

or my light mix to my bed. That's it. I count that as meditation. And the other way I most often

meditate is on a walk. I take something called a meditation walk. Well, what is a meditation walk?

even going through a guided meditation on your phone too. For years, I did this while I was running.
