Welcome, welcome. I am excited to share with you some ups and downs and things I'm loving

and more today. Let's actually start with the ups and downs of what's going on in our lives.

I feel like March was kind of a downer month. Was it just me? It felt like a really heavy

month between Ukraine and other world conflicts that are going on if we cannot forget that.

There's wars happening all over and also just things with going on in my religion right now.

I felt that most of March I felt pretty darn exhausted and it weirdly went by very fast.

So one of the mixed ups and downs of this past month is that Brad went out of town for his first

time back in office in over two years. He went back to California. His job is still there

in San Francisco. My in-laws live nearby so we'll stay with him whenever he goes and this time

and I guess this first time back he took our oldest daughter with him so she could have some time

away from the stressors of her world and while he was gone for a week, we did pretty well at

home. I was proud of my boys. It was an exhausting but still good week but that week was also one of

those downs when I realized I didn't have a special needs kid. You know I know this but having

the one with the most needs be away from our home for a week and you know in a place where she

loved and she was cared for she needed that break, it just gave me a realization I wasn't expecting
