| 0:59.9 | But what this really did was lead to me getting into shame spirals of getting so upset and so hard on myself every time I messed up, you know, quote unquote, messed up. |

| 1:21.1 | blame and why can't you do this and you have to do better and you |
| 1:25.0 | should be doing that. In my years of recovery I have learned that compassion was |
| 1:30.6 | key to that very thing and that compassion has now trickled down to all |
| 1:36.5 | areas of my life and ways that I am trying to grow. The only way I really |
| 1:40.7 | recovered from my eating disorders and it's still a daily effort but so much easier |
