All right. Let's get into this. The first question that I have is a little bit of an iceberger to get to know you both a little bit better.

It was based off of this new story that I saw, there was a woman who took a trip to the Czech Republic

and she loved it so much that she just stayed.

And she's lived there for years.

So I'm curious, if you guys have visited a place that made you think, I could just leave it all behind and stay.

So here's the problem with me is that every single place I go, and I'm not exaggerating, I want to live there.

Like, I just, that is the thing. You know, I think it's why I'm in this line of work of going places for a living.

Because like every place I go, I'm like, oh, I could totally, look at that apartment. I can live there. I could just like, come downstairs every day, like say I'm in Vienna. I could just come downstairs every day and just have like coffee and cake. And that can be my life. Or, you know, like I go to Yemen and I'm like, because you guys know I always talk about Yemen. But it's totally true. Like I'm like, I could just live up there in that like mafrage, like this top, you know, the top of like these tall buildings in the old city. I'm like, I could study Arabic and then I could drink the tea. You know, I always am imagining like what thing that I will be eating and drinking, of course, every day. But it's literally everywhere.
