We have not done one in many, many, many months. Something that we made a concerted effort to do more of,

pre-pandemic, to talk to other artists, other creative endeavors, and talk to them in the moment of creation,

in post-moment of creation, when it's like released to the world and sort of follow it as it goes.

It sort of was the genesis of this very podcast when we did Major Domo Restaurant openings with Bill Simmons.

As I shared with you guys, all the fears and excitement of opening up our downtown restaurant,

and we've done a variety of these over the two, three years we've been doing this podcast.

And one of the things that we've continued to do are things that I've worked on,

not just other artists or other creative people, but using this as a diary for restaurants that I've

opened up with or teams that I've worked with. And we're going to do one on something that I'm working on.

And it's called Any Day. It is a microwave vessel. It's a microwave bowl. The founder is

Steph Chen, and she's a friend of mine, and we've had a long time love affair with the microwave.

And it's under-appreciated use. We will get it into that in a second as we talk about, you know,

how it started, and all things microwave. And if you don't like the microwave,

this is maybe not the best podcast for you to listen to. But before we get into that,

a more serious note, I wanted to just chat very briefly about the, you know, it's not a shooting.
