Hello everyone, I'm Adele Dupont. Welcome once again to the men's room where we discuss

0:17.4

everything men today. We're going to discuss anxiety. I'm joined as always by my sidekick

0:24.7

Mr Rory Jennings, how are you, Rory? Good. Yeah, I was better until I was referred to

0:29.2

as a sidekick, but yeah, I'm a sidekick on your YouTube channel. You're a sidekick to

0:34.7

me on the men's room. It's a power play. It's a power play. It's a power play, as long

0:37.8

as I can. Why don't you sit in the green chair? You've got all the power, as you know. We're

0:41.4

also joined by Psychotherapist, author and podcaster Joshua Fletcher. Josh Howey, man. I'm

0:46.8

1:24.1

got the other side of anxiety that needs more attention to being brought to it a bit

1:29.4

like what we're doing today. This is the inwards kind of disordered anxiety stuff. This

1:33.8

is when we have panic attacks, struggle with intrusive thoughts. When we avoid doing

1:39.3

stuff, when we constantly ruminate our days dictated by what if thoughts, I should thoughts.

1:47.5

And we have strange symptoms, heart palpitations, dissociation, really, really sticky anxiety.

1:54.5

So when one person says, you know, or, you know, I'm struggling with anxiety for me as

1:59.6

a therapist. I'm someone who's been there as well. I was diagnosed with severe anxiety

2:04.2

years ago. I'd want to know what kind of anxiety you're struggling with. And I'll talk

2:09.4

about that today. It's good that he's split it into, isn't it? Because I think the first
