| 1:27.0 | just suffering so much that you really don't know what to do and it feels almost unbearable suffering or like you really are going crazy. |
| 1:34.8 | I found a few things that really help with that and some of them initially seem possibly too small in a sense because |
| 1:42.4 | the suffering is so great that we lose sight of the simple things that can help you feel like if |
| 1:48.4 | Suffering is really big and really intense then we need something big and |
| 1:52.8 | quick and intense to deal with it, but it doesn't always work that way. |
| 1:57.4 | One of my favorite ways to deal with it is to just walk, to just march out the door, |
| 2:01.8 | down a country lane, get out into nature and just walk and breathe and walk and breathe because this kind of anxiety has a lot of adrenaline behind it pumping around our system so it can be really good to walk that off. |
