So yeah, finally, finally getting, you know, getting to be here, you know, I kind of feel like I'm mixture of Obama and speaking on Salas because I'm so hyped for this. So let's go.

I love it. So episode 300, I've wanted to do this interview for quite some time now because the story is very inspiring and very emotional to me.

I know that we have a history that goes back pretty much a dozen years.

And I think that a lot of people out there are going to connect with your story and connect with the symptoms and connect with the healing and everything.

And when I'm looking at you right now, you look like a totally different person than how we met the beginning stages. So I'm really pumped now, very pumped.

Yeah, and I'm so grateful to be here because like you said, I think a lot of people are going to relate to where I am today, but also where I was.

And hopefully make that connection that you can, you can get to whatever your goal is, that's not to be what I am living today, but that was my goal.

And I achieved it. And so there is hope, you know, it took me a long time, but I'm on the other side of that particular experience in my life.

And I'm really, really grateful to have walked a little bit of that journey with you and with Robin Hyatt, you know, it's, it's been a journey and I'm very grateful for it.

Marcus, just tell us a little bit about what life was like in the darkest days that you were going through just a few years back.

And that's the crazy thing, right. It was just a few years back. So, and I know the years sounds like such a big amount of time, but it really isn't when you consider the grand scheme of things.
