1:50.0 | Now, just to give people listening a little background, I was at Brian's retreat that he does monthly in the south of Bali. |
2:01.0 | And I went into the retreat with an open mind and went with two friends didn't know what to expect. And I came out of it, Brian, as a total fan of you and the practice itself that is breathwork. |
2:17.0 | So I wasn't very familiar going in. And then when I came out, there was this tremendous interest in how it could help me continue my healing journey along with other people. |
2:30.0 | But just to start this off, Brian, how did you get into breath work? |
2:37.0 | That's a good question. So that goes, that story goes back probably five years ago now. |
2:43.0 | And I started really all started with the seed of curiosity, like I stumbled upon a Wim Hof video on YouTube. |
2:53.0 | And I had never even heard of Wim Hof before, but you got this crazy wild Dutch guy called the ice man, you know, guiding somebody that was interviewing him through a session. |
3:06.0 | I was just going to jump in on this and see what this breathwork thing is all about. I had never even heard of work at that point. |
