In this audio guide as part of Owning It Real Time, I step through the feelings of anxiety as or after you scroll on social media as well as consuming the news in high volume via your smart phone. There are many reasons why this can make us feel anxious but here I hone in on our threat response being activated by negative news and the impacts of social comparison. Together we address the anxiety, unpack why you're feeling it and try to settle the mind and body so you can move beyond it.
