Our God, our hearts are full when we think about all the grace you pour out toward us.

And today, you are going to give us a great blessing by teaching us how to cure anxiety.

How to be rid of it, Lord, and by your grace, rid of it forever.

Lord, help us today to understand and help me not to overstate what's here, but also not to

understate it because your word is powerful and active in living.

We ask you to do the work in us in Jesus' name. Amen.
