And this week we heard from a good friend who's been following us now for the last couple of years who

wanted some support around anxiety recurring for the first time in a couple of years

really since he started to work with the breathing techniques

and listen to our podcasts and he said he was doing really really well and then all of a

sudden he started to feel some of those warning signs

coming back up and wondered what we might offer or how we could support him as he

has this experience again with anxiety knocking on the door.

Ananga, I'd love for you to speak to the recurrence of these symptoms and the best things that our listeners can do when that happens.

It's a very tough thing when you think that something so unpleasant as anxiety is settled

and then it rears up again it can be really hard to deal with and of course that in itself causes increased anxiety the feeling that something that you've dreaded having to deal with in the past is coming up in your face again.

There's a lot you can do to help yourself and there's a lot of hope

there for ways of dealing with this and moving into a more comfortable place again.
