Dear Anxiety Slayer team, I late I'm trouble with excess of anxiety

that all started around a year ago. The incidents that triggered unsensitised my

mind and body was the moment when I almost felt breathless and panicked after a rigorous workout in the gym.

After that one incident my life is completely dominated by anxious thoughts, failing to be in control etc. I'm too

sensitised and find it difficult to rest or be at ease. It would be great to hear

your thoughts. What usually happens here is a horrible feeling of loss of control, that's triggered by a physical symptoms of a pounding heart, racing heart, and shortness of breath.

And those physical symptoms can happen. heart and shortness of breath.

Those physical symptoms can happen when we're having an anxiety attack

or when we feel highly stressed or fearful, shocked.

And they can also happen when we're exercising running, working out

various other normal situations as well.

And in this instance, the person asking the question is already really understood the nature of it.

He's saying that he feels too sensitized.

And that's the underlying problem.
