I'm the host of the show Kara Santa Maria and before we dive into this week's episode,

I just want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart

for sticking with me throughout the year. I know it's been a really tough one. Everybody has their unique struggles,

their unique circumstances, and of course, this global pandemic has exacerbated

all of the difficulties that everyone is facing.

I want to, you know, send you my thoughts and my love if you've dealt with loss this year, if you've dealt with difficulty.

You really are in my thoughts.

And I just want to thank all of you for being here with us in this kind of weird family that we've developed over the years

here on Talk Nerni.

I also want to thank those of you who have supported the show over the years in the many ways that you're able to do so,
