We have a very important topic to discuss anti-aging for your brain. You know, I have many thoughts and opinions about

nutrition today. So bear with me. Have you noticed all the fundraising events for major diseases

such as breast cancer, Alzheimer's, diabetes?

You know, many of these fundraising events are advertised and promoted right here on My Talk 107.

You've heard about the three-day walk for the cure, the Alzheimer's walk, which are all great walks because the walkers are getting some exercise,

but I believe they're missing a very critical factor. Nutrition. You know, who is teaching people

how to eat and practice good lifestyle habits to avoid, to avoid, to avoid these diseases.
