This week on London Real we have the poets, writer, performer and educator Anthony Anaxagoro.

You commit yourself and you write and you're honest and you become vulnerable and you're insecure and you tell the truth and it's done and for half an hour you feel reborn.

It's a sadness and it's like lamenting and it just sits in the back of your spirit and it just taps you on the shoulder every now and then and says

Do something about this if everybody actually asked themselves for a second why do I actually think like this I think half the world will be a much better place. You can't go to

the job center and say, hi man, I want to be a poet. I try and write when I feel it's

what has to be done that feeling that happens within that very short time

frame be at the end of a show be at the full stop of the poem that's what you're chasing

when people are how I'm going to take you to write a certain piece, you say your entire life.
