She asks, do you have any diet lifestyle or protocol suggestions for people with redundant colon?

Good question.

So redundant colon essentially means there's a lot of, for lack of a more medical term, you have kind of a twisty, turny colon that may make it more prone to having inflection

points where still get stuck or not move through very quickly.

And it's an anatomical finding.

It's something that anatomically is a little bit outside of the norm.
