Amy here, and I am the host of this, the fifth thing, which is the Q&A and email episode

for the four things podcast.

So you send stuff in to four things with Amy Brown at gmail.com, and then I go through

the emails and I share questions and then I answer them or maybe I share an email that

I think could be inspiring to you, which that's what I'm going to start off with today.

I normally start Tuesday episodes off with a quote, but the first email I'm going to share

is a little bit of a short story in itself, so similar to some of the quotes that I share,

but longer.

And so I'm just going to start with this one.

She said to me, hey Amy, I love how much you focus on gratitude.

Here's the story.

A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet.

He held up a sign which read, I'm blind, please help.

There were only a few coins in the hat, spare change from folks who hurried past.

As a man walked by, he took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat.

He then took the sign, turned it around and wrote some words.
