I would like to take a moment to just point out that this theme song is not really the theme

song.

I bought a couple of tracks that I was trying to emulate my favorite podcast at the time,

and I still love it, binge mode, which is all about Game of Thrones, and then Harry Potter,

and now Game of Thrones again. And I just love the theme song, and it felt fun. And I was so sick of my stupid ukulele theme song

that I was like I want to be like that but it's not like that and so um yeah I'm a fraud I'm an

absolute fraud as far as podcast theme song music is concerned so uh my did i say what my name was yet no i didn't

my name is caroline duner i am the host of the fuck-a-diet radio which is what you're listening to

and the creator of the fuck-a-diet website and blog and author of the fucka a diet book which is out

now and honestly if you haven't read it and you think that there's nothing new that could
