All right, welcome to Sochiology 101 Google Hangout.

I am going to be watching the dividing line program with a radio free Geneva, as Dr. White likes to call it,

where he critiques Calvinists about once every other month or so, every other week or so. I'm not sure how often you do they do

these. Anytime my name is mentioned on there. I start getting dings on my phone about so and so and

so and so saying this and this and yesterday I didn't have any time to watch this and I haven't watched it

yet. In fact, by the time I had a chance to even turn on my phone, all I saw was the last two minutes

of his broadcast.

And that's funny, that's why I'm going to start. I'm going to actually start with the part I heard

because it was a very direct, I think, kind of capsulates a white's treatment of me and in my broadcast as a whole and he uses

fallacious arguments pretty regularly as you'll see in this last clip and and even one of the

side chat like hegan he says i enjoy james white and appreciate his ministry but he just seems to turn to a different type of person when he talks about Layton.

I agree. I feel like that, too. I feel like for whatever reason, he got off on the wrong foot with me, even though Dr. Brown and I see almost eye to eye on every doctrinal point with regard to sociology

and our interpretation of Romans 9 and other other passages.

For whatever reason, Dr. White and I are actually closer theologically than he and Dr. Brown

on a lot of the other charismatic issues.

But for whatever reason, he may not just have respect for me because I'm a

doofus and I'm fine with being a dofus. You know, I don't care if you think so. I'm a

dofus. That's good. I've got, I've got Calvinistic friends who remind me of that quite

regularly. So I'm perfectly okay with that. And it wasn't it Spurgeon or someone who said something to the effect of, you know,

you don't get so offended by your enemy because you're far worse than they think you are?

And so that's a good reminder for us all to remember that we have theological opponents, so to speak.
