Today I want to talk about a different and I think creative way to use a fitness chain tracker.

you might hear the wind a little bit more and you can probably also hear some some

birds oh there he is just sitting on a fence I love that love that so bit, oh, did you hear the woodpecker?

That was distracting, I mean, in a good way.

Every time I hear woodpeckers, I look up to see if I can see them.

And I heard him looking up in the general direction, but he hasn't continued on.

So earlier this year, I did a listener survey.
