I've been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging about 21,000 steps a day. I'm walking

Because not only am I walking inside, I am walking in place.

This is not something I do often, almost ever.

In fact, I can count the number of times that I have intentionally walked in place for fitness on one hand, and I still have most of my fingers free to do other things.

But it is an option worth considering in certain circumstances. If you are committed to fitness, if you have a fitness promise to walk

every day, and you're building this fitness chain, adding links to the chain, this is an option,

this is a color on the palette that you might need every now and then. Obviously, if circumstances

create a situation where you can't go outside, certainly walking inside is a very good

option, but maybe you're in a situation where you don't have a whole lot of room or it could be that other people

are awake and in the house and you don't want to annoy them so you just want to go to a

secluded place in the house and just take your 10 15 20 30 minute walk by yourself and I want to

tell you something so walking in place is, is it fun? Not necessarily.
