0:33.8	that's listening. I've been in Mexico during Cinco de Mayo. It is a completely 100%
0:39.2	American holiday. They don't even have a national holiday for Cinco de Mayo. It's completely
0:44.7	driven and created here in the United States. Charter actually had something about that today
0:50.7	where basically, I think it was intended more to be a holiday here in the United
0:56.2	States to give Mexican nationals a little bit of a reprieve based off of the fact that over
1:02.4	40% of Mexican workers are doing six-day work weeks. I guess they're saying now that they could
1:07.6	see their hour slash from 48 to 40, thanks to employee-friendly legislation
1:11.0	that passed out of a committee stage last week.
1:13.4	But again, Cinco de Mayo is one of those things, I think, that really became an American
1:17.9	holiday to support the number of Mexican workers that were here in the United States.
1:21.9	Down under the border, they couldn't care less.
1:24.3	It's a very, very quiet holiday.
1:27.1	I think it's funny how we in this country
1:28.8	decide that we're going to apologize for the rest of the world and come up with her own ways.
