| 1:12.3 | grew up with parents from the old school generation that learned and passed down this lineage |
| 1:18.6 | of not talking about challenges and obstacles, but also not talking about feelings, not talking |

| 1:28.4 | in our life on the everyday basis and being able to move through it. And because of that, |
| 1:32.6 | many men feel like they lacked mentorship and guidance and direction from their father. |
| 1:38.0 | And that is a story that I hear from a lot of men. And so in this conversation, we talk about the impact of that, |
