1:05.6	Something happened in the beginning of 2020, a few weeks before the pandemic started.
1:12.6	I guess I had been pushing myself too hard for the last couple of years, working full-time,
1:18.5	spending evenings doing the podcast, and all the extra things that life throws at you,

1:31.5	I spent this year sleeping, trying to learn how to meditate, just taking each day as it comes. I've also had professional help and some medication to get me through this. I'm not fully recovered yet,
1:37.7	but I think I'm on the right track at least. It's hard to explain what happens when you hit the

1:46.8	I had so many physical symptoms such as extreme fatigue, dissoness, headaches, and I kept forgetting things.
