Hi, friends, and welcome to another episode of your Bish Therapist podcast. And today, I am so excited and

0:07.1

honor to have my friend Kristen Gardner, you know her, as Driving Mom Crazy on Instagram. I'm so

0:14.0

excited to have Kristen back. Hi, Kristen. Thank you so much for being here. Hi, I'm excited to be here.

0:19.8

Yes, for those who don't know, Kristen, you

0:21.9

were on the show a while back. We talked a lot about mental health and can you explain to folks

0:28.4

a little bit who maybe don't remember that episode? You are such an advocate for mental health,

0:34.4

especially postpartum and perinatal mental health. Can you give people a little

0:38.7

bio of how did you get started in all of this? Well, I'll try. Basically, I started my blog a long time

It's been like 17 years now.

1:19.7

I can't believe it since I first had my first baby.

1:22.7

But yeah, I love sharing motherhood stories, memes, just trying to get through this experience, get through

1:29.9

life with a little bit of humor along with discussing the real stuff, the hard stuff, because

1:34.9

that's really what we need to help each other through this. Yes, I fully agree. And that's one of

1:40.3

the reasons that I really adore you and I gravitate towards you because you're someone who uses your experience, strength, and hope to help other people. And those are my kind of people.

1:49.3

And you do it for the love of the game because you want other people to have better resources than

1:55.7

you had and to help other people. And so I'm really grateful you're here today because we are going to talk
