This is an episode we did last year in 2019 it is currently and has been there for a while the most

downloaded episode the most downloaded interview in the history of the

leading Saints podcast and because of that many people wanted us to invite Rob Farrell back.

And so we did even better than that.

We had Rob Farrell come and present for, it's now turning out to be five plus hours of content all about how to effectively lead young adults.

Now, even though we focus on young adults, the principles that he teaches apply to leadership in general.
