I'd love to hear from you, so please write again!

From July of 2015 until February of 2016 the contact form had a technical glitch that prevented emails from coming through.

That means that I missed hundreds of your communications.

I'm sorry!

We've fixed the problem now, so please try again.

I'd enjoy communicating with you personally. I work very hard to respond to all of your emails so it's disheartening to me that many of you have sent me notes to which I never responded.

0:35.4	And the story is that when we switch to the new website,
0:38.8	I've even email and corresponding with you guys
0:41.0	via announcing my personal email address again Joshua
0:44.1	Radical Personal Finance.com but then in building the new website a year or so ago
0:50.1	we put a contact form on the website at the time that we put a contact form on the website.
0:53.0	At the time that we installed that contact form,
0:55.2	we tested everything, everything was working great.
0:57.5	And for several months, I received email contacts
1:01.3	through that website.
1:02.4	However, in about July of 2015, that contact form stopped working.
1:08.5	I don't fully understand all the reasons why it's some kind of back office issue. My web developer spent hours on the
1:15.0	phone with Blue Host trying to get the thing resolved. Finally we're in the
1:18.1	process of moving it away from Blue Host and trying to fix the issue, but they know
1:21.4	about the issue, but we never figured out how to make it work.
1:24.0	So sometime at about July of 2015, the web contact form stopped working.
1:28.0	And it wasn't until mid-February 2016 that I just kind of figured it out when several people had said hey I tried
1:36.0	to contact you and I didn't get a response I'm thinking I never got an answer.
