This is the second episode in the summer slash winter series.

And in this episode, we're going all the way back to 151. And I am going to say this was my

favorite episode of the year. Really? Yeah, it really was. It was amazing. And it's on the art

of frugal hedonism, not least because of that name but because of our

wonderful guest Annie Razer Rowland Annie was awesome how good was remember we were in

Melbourne and we recorded this in the Melbourne City Library and it it just came at exactly the right time for us in our lives didn't it like it really

really did i i reflect on this conversation a lot still it was nine months ago that we sat down

with annie and she's just one of those people i think who has who has a, I was going to say a magnetism,

which she does.

But I think the reason she has it is because she shows up.

Like she looks in your eyes when you speak.

And she's someone who is practiced and continues to practice in the art of being present in everything, like her senses.

And you can tell just by the way she speaks, the language she uses.

It's so impassioned.

It's extraordinary.

But she's also like no BS either.
